Pisces Energy and themes – Psychic, intuitive, dreamy, empathetic, illusion, dissolving ego, transcendence, completion, letting go, oneness, connection to the divine. Pisces represents water, emotion, media and film, medicine and drugs, spiritual healing which connects us to our timeless nature and psychic phenomena. Pisces is the theme of the 12th House in the zodiac wheel, and this can indicate hidden resources, institutions, hospices, retreats and the unconscious, pre-birth, past lives. On the 19th of February 2023, our Sun moves into astrological sign of Pisces. Pisces season is from 19th Feb to 21st March. On the 21st of March there is the Spring/Autumn Equinox and the start of the Astrological Year which begins when the Sun moves into Aries. The Evolutionary process we go through over the year can be seen when we start with the Aries and culminates in Pisces.

As a soul we start the evolutionary process in Aries – the self and finish in Pisces the dissolving of self and hence the final service sign. When we as a soul gradually steps up the vibration as we pass from one sign to the next, we reach the high point in Pisces. Pisces energy can bring power and potency in a positive way and can dissolve that which is no longer needed. In Pisces season it can be a time of taking stock of resources, withdrawing inwards for renewal. A wonderful time for a break or short holiday, it can be a time for inner reflection, recharging and letting go to connect to your higher self. A retreat would be ideal! New Moons are when the Sun and Moon are in the same sign sending us the same signals and instructions or theme of the sign it is in. There is an intensification of energy around this time and great for new beginnings. With New Beginnings there is always endings and Pisces amplifies this energy. Take time to listen and tune into your higher self before stepping forward with a new path, new project. This is a suitable time to listen to dreams, connect into the unconscious realms through meditation, chanting, ritual or immerse yourself in water. Whatever helps you to connect to the greater aspect of yourself. Call in your guides, angels, and helpers to assist. Set Intentions and let go!

Pisces is symbolised by the two fishes swimming in opposite directions. Dare to swim against the tide, Pisces offers two choices; 1. Spiritual growth and achievement – leading to serve others, potent and powerful or 2. Suffering and self-undoing, depression and despair, powerless and victim. This can be a powerful time as Pisces can also signify the dissolving or death of the personality to release the soul for true service as a world saviour. Easier said than done. In China this moon is known for Family re-unions, it can be time of taking stock of the harvest (Virgo) resources, withdrawing inwards for renewal before the new year on the Equinox. Virgo – the virgin – ruled by mercury, the planet of reason – messenger of the gods. Virgo is the 6th sign of the Zodiac and is responsible for Health – Mind- Body and Spirit. When the Spirit within is denied existence, disease and sickness result!) Take care of yourself at this full moon time as the Pisces energies are intensified 10-fold.

On the 8th of March – Saturn Moves into Pisces for the first time in 29 years- last time 1994 – 1996.

It will be here for approx. 2.5 years. Saturn represents structure, responsibility, authority, limitations, restriction, Maturity, self-discipline, mastery, learning and demanding work. It can represent the limits of our physical reality, which will be an interesting mix with watery and nebulous Piscean energies.

Over the next couple of years of Saturn in Pisces, will we see restrictions, limitations, restructures on the use water, medicines/drugs and maybe regulations or restructure of the media as well. Will there be more spiritual healing and understanding of the importance of healthy water. Will we witness a dissolving of some old ways that are outdated and served their time.
