Clarity Calm

CLARITY CALM has floral, sweet and spicy undertones that may assist when feeling mentally scattered, distracted, have poor focus and concentration, dis-organisation, nervousness, fidgety, overwhelmed, overburdened, distressed, impatient, doubtful, preoccupied or unsettled. May reduce excessive mental activity, soothe the nervous system, invoke comforting feelings, improve cognitive function and mental coherence, reduce anxiety, fatigue, feelings of overwhelm, induce calm, composure and organisation, encourage patience. May be helpful for ADD/ADHD children and adults as this blend was developed from the findings of a clinical trial. Refer Dr Terry Friedman 1999-2001. Ingredients: organic jojoba oil, organic vetiver, lavender, patchouli, atlas cedarwood, ylang ylang 1st grade. Accompanying the 15ml roller bottle is an organic cotton pouch.

For best results roll over 1 or more pulse points:  Wrists, temples, arch of feet, behind knees, inner soft elbows, tip of nose, beneath chin and roll down to sternum.  To balance the electrical circuitry of the body (nervous system) roll along the outer ear rim from the top to bottom of each earlobe.
